Changes is morphological structure due to environmental stress/fertigation issues or HLVd?

During the vegetative stage of plant growth HLVd infection symptoms can look like the following:

1. Shorter internode spacing
2. Smaller leaves
3. Stunting
4. Malformation (externally horizontal plant structure)
5. Chlorosis
6. Brittle stems
7. Reduced vigor
8. Reduced water uptake
9. Lateral branching (Christmas tree like structure)
10. Leaves that don't fan out

Often times environmental stress or fertigation issues can present similar or overlapping symptoms.
