How to pull the purple color, also know as Anthocyanins, out of your buds!

1. Select the right genetics that that are predisposed to turn purple.

2. For the last 2 weeks prior to harvest adjust night time temps below 70 degrees resulting in around a 10 degree or less differential from day time temps. Depending on the cultivar 63-65 degrees works best.

3. Allow for cooler canopy temps with plenty of air circulation.

4. Let cultivar completely ripen and come to maturity, do not harvest early.

5. Make sure when dropping temps it’s only for the last 2 weeks. From weeks 1-6, the latest science is showing a 6 degree differential will yield the greatest results.
